Mac's August Goals
August goals are pretty simple.  I have to finish the PROPS RNA-seq paper.  Thanks to Pub-a-thon (thanks Pub-a-thon!) this may actually be an attainable goal.  I have some pretty serious milestones for the week, including a polished Methods and Results section by Wednesday and a readable full draft by Friday. Emma's August Goals
I’m coming back to Seattle this month!  I have a lot of data to analyze from the earlier summer experiment at NOAA and the one I am wrapping up at Friday Harbor Labs.  I’m also going to try to convince Steven and Carolyn to buy an alkalinity titrator for running OA experiments at UW. This month I plan on finally finishing up the ceramide manuscript.  It’s really almost...

Caroline's 1st-month-of-summer (aka August) Goals
This is my last full month on the mainland and in the lab before I head to the San Juan Islands for the OACIS teaching fellowship. There is a lot that I am trying get done before that time, but I have few projects of priority. Firstly, I would like to submit the sockeye SNP manuscript within the next two weeks. In addition to this I am trying to wrap-up and write-up the sockeye senescence work...
